DEATH OF BR STANISLAUS DAWIDOWICZ OFM Cap

Our brother Stanislaus Dawidowicz passed away on the evening of Wednesday 8 September after a long battle with illness and culminating in his contracting Leukaemia.

Br Stan was 70 years of age. Born in Poland, he and his family suffered much throughout the Second World War. As a child Stan was a prisoner in Dachau concentration camp before he and his surviving family arrived in Australia.

Br Stan joined the Capuchins at Plumpton when it was still a minor seminary. Those who knew Stan will never forget him. May he rest in his Heavenly Father's arms for all eternity.
